By quality, we imagine the pit stop of a racing car in Formula 1. The driver is the customer who expects performance in the form of a high-quality and well-tuned process in the pit.

As soon as the driver arrives in the pits, the process starts. Each of the technicians in the form of our service staff knows exactly what needs to be done. More than that, each individual on the team also knows exactly how his or her performance affects the overall quality. The process is complete when the driver – i.e. the customer – can leave the pit again.

Whether the pit stop was successful can be checked, for example, on the basis of duration – i.e. customer satisfaction. The duration of the pit stop, i.e. customer satisfaction, is an important key figure because it is decisive for competition.
